Shipping policy

All orders ship from our pharmacy at 1183 Bank Street, Ottawa. Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Local delivery (Ottawa)

We deliver within 30 km of the pharmacy. Local delivery orders typically arrive 1–3 business days after processing. Delivery is free on orders of $40 or more; orders under $40 have a $5 delivery fee.

Shipping within Canada

We ship with Canada Post (Expedited Parcel or Xpresspost). Rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and package weight. Shipping is free on orders of $100 or more.

United States

Standard International (4–8 business days) and Express International (2–3 business days) are available, with rates shown at checkout.

Other international orders

International orders ship with Purolator. Rates and transit times are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country.
