Cancellation policy

Subscriptions

You can cancel your subscription at any time before your next shipment is processed, at no charge. Once a shipment has been processed, it cannot be cancelled and will be billed as usual.

One-time orders

One-time purchases cannot be cancelled once placed. See our Refund Policy.
