When applied directly to the skin, after being diluted in a carrier oil, it is formulated to help with the discomfort of sore muscles. This blend can also be found in a wellness Balm and Salt Soak. Size: 15ml How To Use Add 3-10 drops into your diffuser. The bigger the room, the more essential oil you will need.
